Take the Bowes Street Exit into Parry Sound (McDonalds is also at this exit). Once downtown, turn left on Bay Street (Bank of Nova Scotia and Bank of Commerce on the corners). Just before going under the railway bridge, turn left onto McIsaac Way which dips down towards the water. Public parking is just past the Chippewa III.
