Saturday, November 08, 2008. Sorry for the lack of Updates! It's been nearly six months since our last update and life has been full what with us moving to our new house in Tavistock. It's taken some time to get things right but the place feels like a lovely home now. Emily seems very happy with her room decorated like an underwater world! She is growing ino a lovely funny little girl who loves being outdoors and with the garden being finished she can make the most of it in the spring. Its been nearly .

Thursday, June 28, 2007. Six weeks (three days). Today was Emily's first swimming lesson which was a massive success as she managed to complete 25 mins of the half hour lesson. A private pool in Peacehaven offers mother and baby classes, four children to a session in what appears to be pool at body temperature. So for the next 10 weeks she'll be introduced to the water in the hope that she be able to swim from a young age, something that both Toby and I feel is important living so close to the harbour.

Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Emily on the move. Wednesday, March 05, 2008. And Emily is no longer a totally helpless baby but growing into an independant little girl. Crawling never was her thing and she finds cruising around the furniture a lot more successful to get to her toys. Her latest thing has been managing to find her way to the stereo turning the volume up and wiggling her bottom and singing along. Her favourites seem to be Razorlight and Justin Timberlake. Friday, October 19, 2007. Emily is growing strong, and we are loving being her parents. She is now onto solids so meal times are full of techno-coloured rainbow of blended fruit and veg. Some combinations she loves such as pea/pear/broccoli or banana and Mango, and some she definitely doesn't and they get repelled with some force.
