Whale of a Tale: September 2013
http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Whale of a Tale. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. We started June with a haircut for the boy - which always makes him look older. We enjoyed some fruits of our garden planting - specifically a bumper crop of strawberries. We made dad an apple pie and Natalie mad her own individual pie as well. She loved making the dough, rolling it out and cutting the precise circle was especially fun for her. (we made 3 total in the month of June). With ice cream or not, it is yummy! Fathers day card for Phil. Natalie par...

http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2013/04/easter.html
Whale of a Tale. Sunday, April 7, 2013. We started Easter with dying eggs using baking soda color paste (baking soda, food coloring and a little water) and vinegar. It was cool and delivered great colored eggs. On Easter morning we had an Easter egg hunt at our house, then another at Darin and Melinda's. we brought quiche and French toast and had a great morning that led to an afternoon. After naps we played with the bunny that the Easter bunny brought to Natalie- okie dokie. View my complete profile.

Whale of a Tale: July 2012
http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Whale of a Tale. Monday, July 23, 2012. A lot has happened in the past few months, in addition to the other. Here are a few photo updates:. Philip had his first ear infection. Happened during the child care crisis. Amazing what some drugs and numbing ear drops do for an uncomfortable boy, within a few hours of taking his first dose he was about 83% better. No wonder the doctor and pharmacist stressed the importance of him finishing all the medicine, and not stopping when he felt better. We took down the ...

Whale of a Tale: April 2012
http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Whale of a Tale. Friday, April 20, 2012. When we got home. From our trip down south, we decided to give Philip his first haircut. He was pretty well behaved while I cut it, but could probably use a professional cut to even things out. He went from looking like a baby to a little boy, shocking to see how a little haircut can make such a huge change. March started out with both Phil and I being home for the first week; but both being out of town the second week, followed by a family trip down south.

Whale of a Tale: November 2012
http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Whale of a Tale. Thursday, November 29, 2012. Philip has been fighting the same ear infection since the end of May and I was finally able to get a referral to an ENT; so we made an appointment for the day before Halloween hoping we would see the ENT and be able to get tubes in Philip's ears. Little did we know that he would be getting tubes and an adenoidectomy. Saying to us, "You probably notice he doesn't sleep well." Biggest understatement of your carreer there doctor. When we checked in, they had us ...

Whale of a Tale: May 2013
http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2013/09/may-2013.html
Whale of a Tale. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Natalie ran at the beginning of May we continued the fun throughout the month. We continued playing with our bunny, Okie Dokie. Chasing him around the yard, trying to convince him that flowers are not food and building a bigger cage for him to live in. We had fun visits out to Grandma and Grandpa's house - with the obligatory walk to see the horses, Starbuck and Brownie. It finally warmed up enough to plant a garden - which has since grown to monster size.

Whale of a Tale: March 2012
http://jnpw.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Whale of a Tale. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. The month started with a quick work trip to Boston. I left Monday morning, arrived Monday evening (it's a long flight). My friend Maria picked me up at the airport and we headed off for a quick driving tour of the city. She is a local so was able to navigate through the city streets and city traffic, in addition, she knows me, so she ended the tour with a stop at a local bar. In addition to a few other places. I was working at the Wanamaker Building. Which is a r...
