I ain't never heard of anyone eatin that for breakfast. oh honey, that's crazy.". I also used my rice fast as an excuse to exercise less last week, and sleep in, and just be plain lazy when I wasn't at work. I spent the next two days trying to cook all the meals perfectly, be as patient as possible, and make sure everything was on time (dinner, meds, etc.).
