Saturday, July 30, 2011. We had sooo much fun hangin' out with our new friends Joe and Stacy! We headed back to the resort, where I crashed and Shane went to dinner. A personal journal of my memories in Madrid! Tuesday, August 2, 2011. Last weekend in Madrid. Thursday, July 28, 2011. After our field trip to Avila on Thursday, we all came back to the colegio for siestas and dinner! Cristobal, one of our teachers here on the trip, is from Spain and his cousin owns one of the biggest discos in Madrid, Joy Eslava! His brother, Oscar, was coming into town Thursday so we all thought that would be the perfect time to go to Joy Eslava. This is practically 15 American dollars!

Sunday, April 24, 2011. I finished this book in about 3 days. Loved it. I keep thinking about it. I HIGHLY recommend it. Monday, March 21, 2011. Taking a cue from my sister, Ann-Marie, and posting our menu for the week. Monday: Chicken Pot Pie, Spiced Apples. Tuesday: Spaghetti Carbonara, Green Salad, Clementines. Wednesday: Broiled Tilapia, Steamed Broccoli, Rice. Thursday: Chicken Tacos, Santa Fe Lime Rice, Refried Beans. Not sure for our weekend meals yet. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Time for a new post.
