Keeping myself healthy is a daily struggle. I battle binge eating, obesity, and arthritis. This is my journey. Saturday, September 3, 2011. Here I Go Again. So here it is. September 3, 2011, and what has happened this year? A tumultuous emotional roller coaster of ups and downs, twists and turns, and a bunch of gut wrenching upsets. But what do I plan to do about it?
