See, that’s what the app is perfect for. Wahhhh, I don’t wanna. Double down …. 75 pounds, that’s how much weight I lost over the past 9 months and while some people might say that’s awesome, I need to take it a step further. I just wanted to put a little warning out there, Tejava tea contains 50mg caffeine per bottle, so drinking 1.5l (48 oz) yesterday plus two cups of coffee was a really bad idea. It was around 2am when I finally fell asleep. Mar 11th, 2014.

Filter by post type. A Lot is Happening. My gym closed their doors at Aug. 25th so I was offered to carry my membership over to Fitness SF. At first I need to say they have great membership prices, not as good as my old gym but less than $50 per month. The equipment is equally as amazing, 4 olympic lifting platforms, tons of cardio, even fake green if you’re into CrossFit and stuff. Enough complaining, life is too short. All in all the gym is great and I had a blast even yesterday. Less than 15 % body fat.
