Andy and Stacye's adoption story. Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Well Alina turns 2 years old next week. I can't beleive my baby is going to be so grown up. She's talking a lot more these days. Kind of a little parrot. She doesn't do sentences, but she comments in two word responses sometimes. She's really good at saying 'No, Daddy'. Sorry I haven't posted in so long. Hope you are all well. She climbs in and then regally allows me to buckle her in. Her favorite phrase right now is 'I did it' or 'I got it'. She so proud of herself and she should be. She's such an awesome little kid. Andy and Stacye's adoption story. Monday, June 22, 2009. Molars.Father's Day.Sweetness. Well, we've had an interesting couple of days. Alina has been adjusting to her medicine, but then she also started teething again. I swear she doesn't go two weeks without starting teething. The last big teething was about a three weeks ago and she cut two big Molars in the back of her bottom row. Now she seemes to be getting more on the bottom and starting her top as well. Monday, October 11, 2010. Today was Andrik's second birthday and despite starting the day with having his boy bits nipped and tucked, he had a great day. His surgery went well and we were in and out of the hospital in two and a half hours. His recovery today has been very easy and we hope this surgery will end the chronic UTI's he's had to deal with. Yesterday Andrik helped decorate his birthday cupcakes. He took his frosting job very seriously. Come on now, that's the best you can do? You've got it now!

Thursday, October 7, 2010. Andrik saw his pediatrician last week and had lots of blood work done and was also tested for intestinal parasites. The parasite tests came back negative and all his blood work was normal except for his thyroid level. It was. Back to less painful news, Andrik is picking up on English really fast!
