Kathi's Health and Wellness Challenge 2009. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. I continue to exercise at least 35 minutes, 5 to 6 times each week. I started diligently exercising about a month ago. I want to exercise everyday, but life sometimes gets in the way. I enjoy the after-work exercise sessions with co-workers and long, fast walks with my husband the most. My typical vacation usually centers around either hiking or laying on the beach. If I'm laying on the beach, that is only part of the day, I love to take long walks on the beach, especially in the morning.
