It was wonderful to just be sitting. Outside in February and look out at the beautiful city accentuated by bright lights and a luminous moon. But before long my rumination on the capability of man to create such a dazzling city was interrupted by my own man from porlock. Ongs and a poor light show. It was great.

Thursday, September 30, 2010. Our Sweet Baby Halle Jane. My favorite part was when the girls came to the hospital to meet Halle. I could hear them in the hall jumping up and down clapping their hands yelling "I'm so excited" Their eyes and smiles were so big. They brought presents, custom wrapped by Taiya, that they wanted to give Halle. They even sang her a few songs. It was so much better then Christmas morning.
