Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry. Serves: 4-6, depends on the portion. Prep Time: 15 minutes. Cook Time: 20 minutes. I made this stir-fry with the veggies just hanging out in my fridge and some other pantry items. SO good! 2 Chicken Breasts, small, bite size cubes. 2-3 t Vegetable Oil. 3 t Sesame Oil (I use the red chili sesame oil). 10 Asparagus Spears, cut in bite size pieces. 2 Zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and then make half moon pieces. 4 T Soy Sauce. Salt and Pepper to Taste.

Monday, June 11, 2012. Little known fact about me.I despise throwing parties. Kid birthday parties in particular. I think it has something to do with the PRESSURE but I’m not sure and don’t really feel like analyzing it right now. She agreed without hesitation. But this year she was on to me. She begged for a party again and even tossed in a disclaimer, “but I don’t want you to buy me a toy instead of a party this time.”. My own personal hell on Earth! But I love my daughter.
