Standing with tage: Team Marriage
http://standingwithtage.blogspot.com/2012/10/team-marriage.html
Friday, October 5, 2012. In every team there are different responsibilities and contributions. Different strengths and weaknesses. Yet when the team scores a goal, the entire team shares all that it took to make it happen. Tages "Position": Home Base. Things he gets to do:. Get the kids up in the morning. Watch cartoons with Bobo. See Lulu's new fashion of the day. Do laundry while watching the morning talk shows. Do homework with the kids. See Bobo's face all day. CHOOSE TO BE A TEAM PLAYER! After a mar...

The Cahoon Family: September 2012
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Last week we had the honor of seeing the Endeavour space shuttle fly over the base. The kids were in school but Troy and I took Emree to see it. I took my good camera and was able to get some great pictures. The kids were sad they missed seeing it but the pictures made up for it. This was the first view of the space shuttle flying over. It was awesome to see everyone's reaction. A good view of the shuttle attached to a 747. Incredible! Sunday, September 23, 2012. What am I ...

The Cahoon Family: Halloween 2012
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2013/01/halloween-2012.html
Sunday, January 27, 2013. This was probably one of the best ward trunk or treats we have been to. The kids loved all of the activities they had and the decor! We had a blast decorating the car and passing out candy.although I did get annoyed with the rudeness of the older kids. Sebastien loves any game involving throwing something. Sorry about the shadow.I just loved the decorations though the kids were unsure about them. Caught them at a perfect moment. Musical chairs is fun when everyone wins. ;).

The Cahoon Family: Taking a Break
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2013/01/taking-break.html
Thursday, January 10, 2013. In the midst of Troy working, trying to pack and make plans for moving we all needed a break. This was one of our last fun summer days in Cheyenne before the move. Come on dad, that's as fast as you can push me? Not too sure if he is really having fun. Still thinking about it. Yep, it's fun! Let's do it again. I am a sucker for sunsets and could not pass this one up! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Big, Big Brother. I not Mommy, I 'Bastien". Mommy...

Standing with tage: Step Child Discipline
http://standingwithtage.blogspot.com/2012/09/step-child-discipline.html
Wednesday, September 12, 2012. She (Tage's Ex) had picked up my son from Day Care and took the boys swimming. I picked them up from the pool after work. Boys fought about sitting in the middle seat. So, no one got to sit in the middle. His Mom brought over some treats and said several times that he couldn't have them until he stopped crying. He never stopped crying, but got the treats anyway. I am guilty of doing this, so no judgement at all! He continued to throw a fit. Parenting well is so much easier ...

The Cahoon Family: June 2013
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 10, 2013. I want to share one of those awkward moments you have as a parent with your 6 year old. I was giving the kids a bath tonight and as I was getting ready to wash Sebastien this conversation happened:. S: "Mom do you see this? It is a little "ball", what is it for? Me: "It is just part of your private parts, all boys have them.". S: "So Daddy's have them too? Continuing to squeeze them. Me: "Sebastien stop squeezing, you are going to hurt yourself.". Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Big, Big ...

The Cahoon Family: May 2012
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 31, 2012. I don't remember anything specific that went on LAST August so, I just went through my pictures. I am usually pretty good about taking pictures, at least that helps me to remember what the kids were up to then. A week after her birthday. Still small enough to take a bath in the sink! She loved exploring the unusual bath time surroundings. (She really looks like her brothers.). While I was busy cleaning, she was busy making a mess! Monkey see, monkey do! One day I was doing somethi...

The Cahoon Family: February 2011
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 1, 2011. She weighed in at 12 pounds 12 ounces. Was 24 inches (I think). Figured out that once she rolled over she could keep going. Nothing is safe on the floor anymore! She loves to giggle and it is so cute. Discovered her feet and likes to eat her toes. Thinks it is fun to roll over when having her diaper changed. REFUSES to take a bottle. Has had banana's, squash and rice cereal. HATES rice cereal (I have to trick her into eating it! Says "da, da, da". Loves to baby talk. Look Mom, ...

The Cahoon Family: August 2012
http://troyandhollicahoon.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 30, 2012. Another one bites the dust. We were not even here for a month before this happened. You can tell by the look in his eyes that he was less than thrilled about the start to his day. Troy headed off to the ER, as I was not in any position to go (remember, I had just jumped out of the shower, conditioner still in my hair and not even dressed). The medicine is kicking in and he was finally up to "cracking" a smile. Wednesday, August 29, 2012. I ran over and picked him up, Troy clean...
