My on-going dinner dilemma. On March 4, 2011. 8220;What’s for dinner? That’s the question that haunts my mind on a daily basis. I never know what to cook. That or I have all these ideas and don’t have all the ingredients or the time. I keep telling myself to plan ahead and while it has worked here and there, most days I’m left wondering. So, that leaves me having to cook ‘fresh’ every other day, but, reality hits and cooking happens every two days…or three…hahaha. Try it out and let me what you think!
