Quick and Easy Recipe: Crock-Pot Potato Soup. 6 cups diced potatoes (more or less). 1/2 cup diced onions (more or less). 1 cup diced celery. 1/2 cup chopped carrots (grated works too). 1/4 cup butter or margarine. 4 chicken bullion cubes (or 4 teaspoons granules). 12 ounce can evaporated milk.
