Parallel zu den surrealistischen Bildern. Entstand in kleinen Schritten über mehrere Jahre hinweg die Streifenkunst = StripeART. Diese Entwicklung begann 1988 nach einem Malkurs in Paris. Unzufrieden über die dort entstandenen Skizzen und Aquarelle griff ich kurzerhand zum Cuttermesser, zerschnitt Teile der Bilder in Quadrate und fügte diese zu einer neuen Komposition zusammen. Bruno Feurer geboren 10. Juni 1960. Es dauert sehr lange, bis man jung ist. 10 Jahre Schule. Vom unschuldigen Kind bis zum Traumtänzer. 4 Jahre Lehrzeit im Architekturbüro. Erster Kontakt mit der Malerei. Faszination am Skizzieren und dreidimensionalen Darstellungen. Inspiration von unsrem Berufsschullehrer, der lieber philosophierte und die Altstadt St. Gallen skizzierte, als uns in der Schule mit der Architektur zu drangsalieren. Eine schwarze, russige arbeit, bei der Mann nie kalte Hände bekam.
