Last year for Valentine’s Day, D and I took a couple’s cooking class at ICE Culinary School. Last August. Since the sauce is on the heavier side, I generally serve this dish with roasted veggies (like roasted squash and brussels sprouts seen here) to balance the steak out. Happy Valentine’s Day!
