We are a small suburban home in Lemon Grove, California who just happen to produce Farm Fresh, Pasture Raised, Vegetarian Fed, Organic, Free Range eggs from happy and healthy chickens. The stars of the show are Eloise, Liesle, Oprah, Hermione, Hazel, Winnefred, Mabel, Vulture, Harpy, Buzzard, Squeezle, Ethel , Lucy and Marjorie. Our eggs are hand-gathered. First and foremost our hens are pets. The girls are naturally happy and healthy.

Town and Country Chickens. November 28, 2012. I have thirteen chickens now, probably a bad number, ha. But I only have one rooster, not sure how that came to be. And he’s a wimp too! No crow from this guy, which suits me fine. The critter problem has been hopefully fixed, I have not lost a chicken in months, knock on wood.
