Saturday, February 14, 2015. 2014 - the year that was in photos. A visit to the Virginia Museum. Went to Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament (FIST) at WIT. 0160;A behind-the-scenes tour at Monticello. Fostering some puppies with Sandy and Rob. We had a bit of snow. Fell in crush with the guitarist at Mark Mulcahys show. Went to Bruces 12th Night Party. New Years Eve JUMP with friends. Met my favorite bloggers - Tom and Lorenzo. Travel for work - Tampa - San Antonio - New Orleans. And loads of Improv!

Mono tone (well nearly)- I decided to limit my pallete but couldn’t quite go through with it – had to add a circle of yellow. My experimentation continues and some of the pieces I cut out are then used in other work-I enjoy recycling and reinventing work and if a piece is hanging around my studio for too long it will be turned into something else. Recently I took a hard look at the spraypaint and stitched collages I had created and felt they had become a bit’safe’ and twee. Blog at WordPress.com.
