Thursday, May 24, 2012. Mileage: 3.60 miles. Average pace: 11:15 min/mile. Thoughts: I felt great on my run today.I kept my pace under 10min the entire run. I was disappointed that I didn't get to lift weights like I wanted to, but I did get 9 hours of overtime today so it was worth it. Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Mileage: 4.52 miles. Thoughts: I'm glad I got a run in.I do want to point out that all my runs include at least a 10min walking cool down, so that does play a part in slowing down my average pace.

Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Side note-poor little Bullet needs a haircut.it is way too hot for him to have long hair when we go for our walks. I called and made an appointment for my last 2 personal training sessions.I am going to see how much it would cost to continue training there. Kolby loves school, we are off to a great start. Kolby's treat for his first day of school, we went and bought a betta fish. I know what your thinking "a fish? I know, why not a lizard or snake?
