Tuesday, November 18, 2008. I started an exercise regime in September on this year. It started off slowly but I could feel the effect soon after because the sluggishness I used to feel improved slightly. At work our Sport Science department started something called Boot camp. It has been running for 6 weeks now every Monday, Wednesday and Friday but unfortunately this week is the last. The affects thereof was felt later but it was really worth it. One would think that exersice would do more than a diet.
