Lundi 6 août 2012. Sablés chocolat à la pistache. Une petite recette de sablés avec une association gustative classique, le chocolat/pistache, classique mais toujours efficace, et une texture sablée comme je les aime. 15 min, avec 30 min de réfrigération. Cuisson : 12 min. Ingrédients pour 30 sablés. 220 g de beurre. 80 g de sucre glace. 1 pincée de sel. 30 g de cacao en poudre. 280 g de farine. 70 g de pistaches entières mondées. Ajouter les pistaches, mélanger. Préchauffer le four à 190°C ( th6 ).
