I want to share some creations I come up with as I travel down this road. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 3/4 cups skim milk. 1/4 cup canola oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour. 1/2 cup flax seed meal. 1/4 cup wheat germ. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 4 teaspoons baking powder. 2 Preheat a waffle iron, and coat with cooking spray.
