Order request for brand new SIM cards. They are despatched in an activated state and is ready to be used. New SIM Order (In-Active). Order request for brand new SIM cards. They are despatched in an in-active state, usually for stock or rapid deployment purposes. Order request to upgrade an existing SIM with a new tariff.
