Sweet Tea and Cupcakes. January 2, 2015. Coconut cream lemon “ice cream”. Oh my goodness I’m so excited to share this recipe with you guys! I love all things lemon. Like seriously. I think I may have a problem. This is so ridiculously easy. Four ingredients. That’s it! 1 can of coconut cream. 1 cup unsweetened coconut. 10 drops of DoTerra lemon oil. Pour all the things into a giant bowl and beat them till they’re pretty. You could also use a blender but mine broke. Sad times I tell you.
