Sumber rujukan : Mamak aji. 8 10 ketul isi ayam. 3 ketul serai (diketuk hancur). 1/2 sk lada hitam. 5 biji bawang merah. 5 biji bawang putih. 1 sb biji ketumbar. 1 sk jintan putih. 10 biji cili merah. 100 ml Santan pekat. 1 sb sos tiram. 1 sb gula merah/gula melaka/nisan.
