Classroom Cupcakes: Liebster Blog
http://classroom-cupcakes.blogspot.com/2012/11/liebster-blog.html
Saturday, November 24, 2012. Is it awful that I'm dreading going back to work on Monday? I love what I do - and I LOVE. My students {even the difficult ones}, but when the break is over administration will be doing informal evaluations with the support staff {training purposes for the support staff} which means I will have roughly 6 people watching my every move. I know I'm a good teacher, but having 6 pairs of eyes watching my every move is a bit intimidating! Go check out her blog! So here it goes!

http://eberopolis.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 28, 2014. Maybe it's because spring break is approaching or because my students clearly have spring fever, but I'm already starting to make plans for the summer. As usual, tackling some good books for professional development is on the agenda. This summer, I'm going to get back to my roots on this blog: Teaching Reading and Writing with Technology. Towards that end, I've selected two books. Book #1 (studied in June): When Writing with Technology Matters by Carol Bedard and Charles Fuhrken.

http://wwtyik.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 26, 2013. We rented a manor in North Conway, NH with a bunch of our friends. There were 13 adults and 3 kids in total. We have been doing this yearly, but, we are not this year. We had a blast decorating eggs, going on an Easter egg hunt and spending time with family! Cassie had her first ...

What's Working This Year in Second?: My New Classroom
http://wwtyik.blogspot.com/2015/06/my-new-classroom.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Seeing as I'm just hanging around waiting for this little one to make her appearance I thought I'd share some pictures I have taken of my new classroom. I'm moving from a larger Kindergarten room to a smaller second grade room, but, this room does have its perks. There is no carpeting in this room which is great! Ok, time for the pictures:. This is the wall on the right side of the room. There is a door toward the left that leads into the classroom next to mine. The one go...I'm h...

http://www.theprimarypeach.com/2016/11/i-can-do-that-with-kahoot.html
Thursday, November 24, 2016. I can do that with Kahoot? Do you use Kahoot in your classroom? Are you looking for new ideas to engage your students. Blind Kahoot, Ghost Mode and Team Kahoot are just a few ways to change up your Kahoot routine. Blind Kahoot is a cool way to introduce new content to your students. It’s “blind” because students have limited knowledge of the topic. Here is the template used for Blind Kahoots. Here is a video explaining the Blind Kahoot. Have you tried Ghost Mode? 160; .
