Your Tactical Art holster starts out hand cut from a piece of Wickett and Craig, 8 ounce, vegetable tanned leather. I use the best cut of the hide from Wicket and Craig where they have been producing some of the best leather in the world since 1867. A properly molded and hardened piece of 8 ounce leather is ample enough to be durable for years of wear and tear and properly support the firearm but thin enough to be light weight and aid in concealment. The pattern is cut to fit your gun specific.
