Bird On A Cake. Saturday, November 5, 2011. Ellany's school recently had Red Ribbon Week, a drug prevention campaign. Each day the kids got to dress up in a different way. Ellany had so much fun! Adam made this seriously awesome guitar, and Ellany decorated it. Rock on! Wearing her PB&J jammies with "Bearsy". Ellany loves these boots because they make great noise when she clomps around.she pretends they are tap shoes. Ellany's class had a field trip to the orchestra this day. Black and Orange Day.

Bird On A Cake. Saturday, August 27, 2011. You need to drop what you are doing and go make this cake. I combined a couple of cake ideas I have been wanting to try. Ombre colored cake layers and frosting, with a big ruffly flower on top. Wanna see the pretty inside? 1 package white cake mix. 1 (4 serving size) package vanilla or cheesecake instant pudding mix. 1 1/4 cups orange juice. 1 3 oz. package orange flavored Jello. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Orange food coloring gel (optional). Adapted from this recipe.

I have been bugging Cara for years to come and visit me, and I guess it finally worked.
