Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Point Defiance Zoo, Tacoma, WA. One of the activites we did for Hailey's birthday, was to go down to Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium. None of us had been there before (well, Derek and I have both been. but so long ago we dont remember anything) so it was all very new and exciting! We LOVED this zoo and hope to go back again soon. Friday, January 25, 2013. My Uncle Mike has been with the Seattle Police Department for 20 years now. A couple years ago he was promoted to Sargent. The police department finally got around to throwing a promotional ceremony for all the officers who were promoted in the last 2 years. Friday, January 25, 2013. Derek had yet another birthday ;) We celebrated just like we always do. with food! Dinner on Sunday at his parents, which included the biggest lamb chop I've ever seen. seriously, this biggest. On his actual birthday, the kids and I brought the birthday boy lunch at work. Sunday, June 27, 2010. The recital was held June 26, 2010 at the Everett Civic Auditorium. We were wondering if Hailey would even go out on stage, considering the auditorium held over 1000 people. But sure enough, she marched right out on stage and did her dance - Katie the Kangaroo. She was a great little ballerina! We couldn't have been more proud of her:). I'm getting emotional just thinking about my baby turning into a toddler! Although he's beginning to act like one more and more each day! At 11 months Hudson is:. July 29, 2012. Don't Call it a Comeback. The Bumbo has been here for two years. What was intended to be a baby seat is now a booster chair. This baby had been collecting dust in the closet but now it's serving a new purpose at our dining room table. Hopefully Max will now eat enough to eventually outgrown it. July 19, 2012. Here's how our summer has played out thus far. Max enrolled in the public library summer reading program. He fills out a sheet for every ten books that he. Near our laps while we read.
