If people immigrated to either Cyprus or Uganda, the people would select Cypurs because of strong economy, convenient social service and cultures. Actually, both Cyprus and Uganda have many problems, especially, they are very dangerous. When you watch Global Channel, maybe you see the civil war of their country. So if I had to select to immigrate either Cyprus or Uganda, I would select to 'Heaven' instead of them.
