Monday, January 26, 2009. Saying goodbye is so hard. Saying goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa was so hard to do. Kenzie was in tears and tightly holding on to Grandma for dear life while Ketch was giving hugs like he would see them tomorrow. It will be a long 4 weeks until we see G&G again. January 27, 2009 at 10:56 AM. I'm sorry they had to leave. I bet it was alot of fun. I love the new boots. Pretty flashy, the Texas way. Fitting right in. Call anytime you are my way. Friday, February 6, 2009. Kenzie and Ketch love to help me in the kitchen so the other day we made lasagna. They had a great time laying out the noodles, spreading on the meat sauce, and sprinkling on the cheese. We had enough to feed us for the week but it was DELICIOUS! Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Monday, February 2, 2009. It is a garage apartment set back behind a larger home. Mud room/Laundry room right inside the door. Turn up the stairs to reach the apartment. Monday, February 2, 2009. We have now been in Texas for a month. Each day we are here I am more thankful for this wonderful furnished rental we are calling home. It isn't very large but by far larger then the horse trailer and has given us a great place to create memories. It is a garage apartment set back behind a larger home.
