Ezekiel Emanuel on the End of Life. Ezekiel Emanuel on the End of Life. Monday, July 27, 2009. Ezekiel Emanuel, the top healthcare adviser at Obama's Budget Office and brother of his chief of staff has stated repeatedly that he feels that those who have dementia should not receive medical care. I have done a search, but have found that most of the documents are not available to the public, but I did find several references that might give you a place to start if you would like to research this. I just fi...

A Guide To Quality, Taste and Style. Sunday, June 21, 2009. My latest read is Women's Wardrobe. By Kim Johnson Gross and Jeff Stone. The book is divided into the following sections: style, elements, clothes first aid, and where to find clothes. My favorite thing about the book is that they show entire outfits, head to toe, including appropriate jewelry and shoes. They also take each fabric and place it in a category. Mid-Life Meandering: December 2008

Great Fun at the Dog Park. Monday, December 22, 2008. Yesterday was overwhelming. In a matter of hours the well stopped working, Grace's elbow swelled to the size of a tennis ball, and my father had to be admitted to the hospital. It was more than I could handle, not feeling well myself, so I had to put them all in God's hands. Posted by Mid-Life Meandering. Thursday, December 11, 2008. Mid-Life Meandering: November 2008
http://mid-life-meandering.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Twice a year, a few months before planting season for the garden, I spend weeks going through books getting my garden plans together for the coming season. Even though the books are a great resource, and I am very thankful that the authors have taken the time to write them, they are not organized in the way that I think. Posted by Mid-Life Meandering. Saturday, November 1, 2008. It will take more time than I have available to learn this new skill. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Mid-Life Meandering: March 2009
http://mid-life-meandering.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Friendship for a Lifetime. Friendship for a Lifetime. Thursday, March 26, 2009. I have never been very good with make-up, and rarely experiment, and on many days, don't even bother to put any on. Becky has always has her make-up on. Even when we were young, she always put on make-up before leaving the house. Even on this visit, Becky was teaching me about new make-up. She is currently growing her hair out for Locks of Love. This day we ended up at a Mexican restaurant to celebrate her birthday. I am a bi...
