I own approximately 50,000 comic books. They are mostly superhero comics, and are very well organized. I've never broken a bone. I got my first computer when I was 4; it was a TI 99/4A and I was hooked from then on. I wear hiking boots most days. They're very nice boots though. It's still a favorite. I play FPS with keyboard and mouse.

Thursday, August 13, 2015. Blaugust Day 13: Thalen and the Tanuki. My wife insists that Japan loves me more than her. It's because of the tanuki. It's like a raccoon, but not. I didn't actually expect to see a tanuki while we were in Japan; they're wild animals and we were going to be mostly in and around Tokyo. I originally started this blog on the first day of Blaugust last year, so I suppose it's somewhat fitting that I return to it on the first day of Blaugust. I'm not really certain why, but I just haven't felt much inspiration to write in recent months. Time for a fresh start though, and to see if I can keep things going this time around. We shall see. I went in for a checkup Monday since it's been a good 15 years or so since I saw a doctor and got a tetanus booster shot while I was there. I had forgotten how much those can hurt. Thursday, August 6, 2015. Blaugust Day 6: Magic Duels: Tromple Not Included. I've been somewhat interested in the new free-to-play online Magic: The Gathering game, Magic Duels. Since I heard that a) it had come out and b) it wasn't blatantly horrible or absurdly monetized. Wizards of the Coast hasn't had the best track record with online versions of Magic, or really with anything online ever. Still waiting on those digital tools for D&D 5th Edition guys!
