Due to the Danish close season, moving apartment and a busy work schedule I have fallen behind on my blogging and my fishing. Since the last time I blogged I have found a great complex in Albertslund about 20 minutes outside of Copenhagen. Tuesholm Sø and Vallensbæk Sø are the 2 lakes of reasonable size which feed the Store Vejle å (Small river containing Denmark’s biggest Perch). 8211; 2lb Perch- NOT CAUGHT.

So I had a spare few hours today and decided instead of lying around the apartment; drinking tea and doing nothing, I’d be proactive and do some fishing! Englishman's Fishing Jounerys in Denmark and Scandinavia. March 21, 2011. So like I said I’d be fishing the south of Copenhagen harbour at Sluseløbet. As tempetures here are still quite low ( between 0-6degrees). I decided for a short trip at the best time of day, I got to the fishing area at about 430pm. 12 other anglers were also there trying all manner of baits and techniques, from float fishing with shrimp, fly fishing and lure fishing. As always I’ll keep you informed. Posted in Copenahagen Harbour.
