De measurements are done by laserdevice.The recorded data is transferred to a 3D-software tool in which a 3D-model of the tank is produced. Based on the 3D-model a volumecalculation is made. Factors like deadwood, temperature corrections etc . taken into account. The results are listed in a calibration certifcate which includes maincapacitytabels and, if required, trim- and listtables. During the calibration the exact volume of a tank is determined. The volumecalculations are based on realtime measurements according to approved and certified procedures. Any deformations and other deviations from the constructiondrawings will be detected and processed in the volumecalculations. All services are in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012.
