Friday, January 29, 2010. Coffee Lid Necklace Tutorial. Hi everyone- it's Tanya here! To make this necklace I used a clean coffee lid, my Sizzix, some old fabric, my Crop-a-dile, an eyelet, Mod Podge, Staz-On ink, my Sharpie, Diamond Glaze and a thin ribbon. When Cyndi challenged us to make a project with a coffee cup lid, my mind went blank. What could I possibly make that would make a lid look different! Then I lightly sandpapered both sides and wiped the grit from the flower. And here's the back:.

Saturday, May 15, 2010. MAY 15th Design Team reveal and challenge! Hi, sorry it's a bit late but I wanted to do a layout for this reveal! The challenge for the sketch teams this month was to. Use recycled materials for the squares on the sketches. You could use something such as cardboard, gift wrap, tissue paper. I used paint chips and corrugated cardboard on this one plus the cardstock is from the Greenfield paper company that sponsored us for the blog hop. Repurposed sheet music and restaurant bill.

Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Floral Fun: Altered Clipboard. Scraps gain new life: Ali's cheery altered clipboard! Just wanted to show you a fun clipboard that I altered WITH SCRAPS! First, I sanded the clipboard with 150 grit sandpaper to make sure that the papers adhered well. I used larger scraps of paper for the background which I simply Mod-Podged in place.
