I don’t own own any eyeshadows that look exactly like the hair, so I tried mixing a few different shades to get a good balance between red and pink. I always loved those colours, but never bought any because I thought they would make my eyes look bruised and tired. I was so wrong! I never do anything to my lower lids and eyelashes, I prefer the focus to be on the upper side of the eyes. I feel like it lifts them and keeps the look more natural. I’m not feeling very christmassy this year, but I did try to infuse some of the season’s spirit into lip art. Red and sparkly gold are a combination typical for the last month of the year. In all my years of doing makeup, I strangely enough haven’t done many looks solely focusing on the lips.
