I'm tired of loading to photobucket and then to here and not being able to enlarge my photos, so I'm moving my words to here. Links to this post. We picked up Jaxon for a sleepover and golf tomorrow. They went to the miniature golf course, played tennis and football already before settling down with a movie, I think I heard Little Rascals. And 4th of July and festivities will be here shortly! Yes it is summer, July 31st! We just had a wicked storm blow through, sheets of icy cold rain. The kids couldn't resist the chance to play outside. It was quick and feisty. Links to this post. To my sister-in-law who can ski, snow and water, cook, do triathlons, mountain bike, shop, throw a party, style hair, chase. Jane's Favorite Recipes

Sticky Rice with Mango (from A Taste of Thai). Our aromatic Jasmine Rice makes this classic Thai dessert easier to prepare and every bit as delicious. 1 cup uncooked Jasmine Rice. 1-135 oz can Coconut Milk. In a medium saucepan bring 1 3/4 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and briefly stir. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until water is just absorbed. Add the hot Coconut Milk sauce to the cooked rice. Stir until mixed. Peel and slice the mangoes. Cashew Chicken- Martha Stewart.
