And I am now knee deep in data analysis and literature reviews! The final measure will the student’s individual grades. This will be compared to their team’s performance and team member evaluations. Honours List in Module 3, Module 4, and Module 5 (over 85%). Achieved an exceptional grade (90%) on my final paper for the Capstone course of the MBA program. Successfully defended my major research paper, Attitudes and Behaviours in High-Performing Teams, and received an A . Cumulative average for the MBA program: 85.42%.
