I got your advice about squid but still not succed. Here i am using 3 isp with 1mg of each. By squid i give the round robin proxy of isp. And by rc.d. I forwerd the req to diffrent routers. Route add -host proxy1 192.168.2.1. Route add -host proxy2 192.168.2.2. But it is dead slow now before it is is working good.
