It cant rain all the time. Jun 18th, 2007 01:08 am. I'm officially a La Rosa's salad girl / potential hostess. The nice thing about La Rosa's is that they'll train you to do whatever you feel like doing- so if I want to cook (which I think would be really fun) or eventually be a server, I can! Jun 12th, 2007 11:55 pm. I'm down 160 lbs now, meaning that I have only 22 lbs to go until I'm in the 1s, and consequently have a scale induced stroke. I can't wait to see that magic number. May 9th, 2007 09:37 am.

So I've been doing okay lately. Yesterday was my 3 month "surgiversary" and I'm down 81 lbs! I feel great a lot of the time, and I feel damn cute. Lol. Orange Jello Salad (Gluten-free! Here's the recipe for the orange jello salad I mentioned in one of the comments in my other post in one community. I got this recipe from a friend and I tried it (knowing that it'd be something Dad could eat). Dad has celiac disease and can't eat anything with gluten. I made it for Easter last spring, and Dad ate it all up! He wanted more and more. *haha*. I noticed it tastes best if it's chilled overnight or at least a day old in the refrigerator. And it's easy.
