August 16, 2015. One of my favorite foods to cook in the crockpot is chili. It’s easy, it’s extremely customizable, and there are always plenty of leftovers. Every time I make it it is a little different. I love spicy foods and spicy chili. My wife and kids not so much. I made this one with very little heat so that they could enjoy it. Watching their class and this older kids class before my adult class is actually pretty helpful. I learn by watching and see how they explain some of the more advanced moved into easy terms and steps for the little ones. February 24, 2015. 3 sets 8 rep drop set bench press. 1 set of 10 medicine ball push-ups. 1 min rest between rounds.

Escape from 100Kilo/side control. May 5, 2015. Learned a new escape and drilled another one from 100 kilo and side control. Being a smaller guy 100kiko pretty much sucks no matter who is on top of me. I drilled with a big purple belt today and pretty much felt like the guy on bottom in the photo. May 3, 2015.
