Live The Talk-Reading: August 2010
http://livedetalkreading.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 6, 2010. Although this course was challenging at times, learning to use the technology was an added bonus. Many new tools were learned which can be incorporated into the teaching and learning process. We must also be encouraged to continuously keep on the path to professional development so that both we and our students will benefit from the knowledge gained. Wikis in the classroom.

I think it sums up what I'm about professionally and what I specialize in (elementary school technology integration). I'm not the type of person who likes to shout from the rooftops about how great I am so making this self-lauding proclamation was a bit unsettling for me. But I had the core creative idea in my head since the movie Inception. Podcast Powered By Podbean.

http://eyringeducation.blogspot.com/2010/07/wiki-walk-through.html
Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Wikis kinda confuse me. so in an effort to dispel the mysteries of the work of wikis, I've done a little bit of research:. Ways a wiki can be used in the classroom (information taken from www.teachersfirst.com. Travelogue from a field trip - or a NON field trip the class would like to take (Our non-trip to the zoo and what we wish we had seen). What I think will be on the test - others can contribute. Friday, July 16, 2010. E-porfolio: wordpress.com vs. wix.com. The survival of the fittest has begun! In trying to get my e-portfolio up and running, I have entered the arena with www.wordpress.com. Is more technical. I then turned to www.wix.com. To check out the competition. I really liked what www.wix.com. If you want t...
