Friday, May 25, 2012. The Best Two Years. This is a story of a Boy and a Girl who met Memorial Day Weekend two years ago. Girl moves to Chicago to be closer to a boy. Boy breaks up with Girl. Sunday, November 18, 2012. Hurricane Sandy brought a lot of devastation. Ryan and I were lucky enough to not lose power during the whole storm. We were lucky to not have any damage to our home, our car, our personal property. Our apartment didn't flood and there wasn't much destruction in our city. Others in our area weren't so lucky. Sunday, September 2, 2012. The Spears come for a visit. Curtis and his dad came to New York! They claimed to have gone to the US Open all day, but I like to believe they came just to see us. It was so great to catch up with Curtis- we missed him so much! In the short time we spent with them we had many adventures:. We met up in Soho. Kinda stalked Kevin Costner. GOT A PICTURE WITH KEVIN COSTNER! Ate amazingly yummy sushi at Blue Ribbon Sushi. Went to Rice to Riches for dessert. And had a ton of laughs!

Saturday, April 28, 2012. We did it. We bought a new car. Our poor '96 Honda Accord wasn't doing so hot when we left for Utah last week, and we both knew car shopping was going to be inevitable. Sunday, February 10, 2013. Our good friends, Matt and Aly Hoffman - along with Ryan Hayes and some other crew members - came out to NY recently for business. They were able to sneak away from work for an afternoon and hang out with us! We went to the Guggenheim, checked out the awesome city views from their hotel (Empire Hotel xoxo), ate gelato in Columbus Circle (unfortunately not pictured), and kinda almost froze to death. Monday, October 29, 2012. We has such a fun time last year at Wilken's Farm. That we decided to go back for some pumpkin picking, apple cider, and apple cider doughnuts again! We got together with the Cowles and the Linds and had a total blast. The weather was beautiful, the trees were gorgeous, and the company was wonderful. You could watch them make the doughnuts! Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Block Island, Rhode Island. This past weekend, Ryan and I took a special, little weekend trip to Rhode Island. My birthday was on Sunday (thanks for all the texts, calls, gifts, etc! And our 1 Year Anniversary is in a month (can you believe it! And since I'll be back to work in full-swing by then, we celebrated. We pretty much fell in love with Rhode Island on our Boston trip last September and have been wanting to go back ever since. It's basically just a little island east of NY.
