Thursday, March 16, 2006. Today is the best friend’s birthday, so keeping to tradition, last night I made the birthday cake. Not just any cake, mind you. I made bowl cake. And that, my friends, is the only reason I have friends in the first place. I can make that very frightening addictive trifle dessert make of chocolate cake soaked in Kailua, between lawyers of chocolate mousse, Cool Whip, and Skor pieces.
