Monday, May 17, 2010. Becoming a family of 3 in November! Chris and I are going to be parents and couldn't be more excited! I am 3 months pregnant and can't wait to see if we are having a little Angela or a little Chris! We got to see the little peanut a month ago and have heard the fast little heartbeat twice now. It is so crazy and I am reminded daily that this is such a miracle! Baby Burnett at 8 weeks. Baby Burnett has received his/her first outfit from Mr. and Mrs. Claunch! That is about it for now!

Saturday, January 17, 2009. Bringing in the New Year. Chris' Birthday Party and New Year's Eve. Every year we combine Chris' birthday party with a New Year's Eve party since his b-day is on Dec. 31st. We always have a wonderful time and this year we celebrated in a barn.interesting huh! Here are some pictures of the night.it was cold but nothing can stop us from having a good time! I remember when he was 9 years old! He has grown up so much and has become such an amazing young man! 4 years, 3 moves, 2 engagements and a forgotten password later. It's funny how all at the same time, 4 years can seem so long ago, yet only a few breaths away. It's even funnier how 4 months feels much the same way. Brittany and I have been married almost 5 months. I wonder, "How has it already been 5 months? But I wouldn't have it any other way. Some lessons we learn; others we don't and get opportunities to learn again. Others still are things we once knew and trusted, but somewhere along the way we must unlearn - lessons not necessarily good or bad, but that we have outgrown or outlasted. And really, isn't this learning - this growth and change - what life is about? I'm very much a calculated man. I think a lot (sometimes too much), and once I've made up my mind, there is very little hope of it changing. 1 Puppies require lots of attention.
