Monday, March 22, 2010. This is Chilean pub food at its best, Chorrillana. (pronounced "chori-yana") My brother first told me about this dish on his recent trip to Chile. It has become very popular at most pubs, as this dish is heavenly with a cold beer. And its great for breakfast, lunch and dinner or as my husband says “perfect hangover food.”. 2 Beef Sirloin steak fillets, sliced into strips. 1 bag of frozen French fries. 2 large Spanish onions, sliced. 2 eggs, scrambled.
