It hard enough being chronically ill but when you hear comments from others it can make things even harder, some of them can be just said from not thinking but others aren’t, here is my list on what not to say to someone who is chronically ill. Oh I totally understand. No you don’t understand unless you have been in the situation you will never understand. Have you tried it will cure you. Yeah I hate stairs to. You look so well.
