It's actually past the traditional Lunch time for most of the East Coast, but here at the Baconhole it's a day off and a productive morning where I completely forgot to eat. And maybe use up some stuff I had in the fridge before it went bad. The result? 1/4 c ricotta cheese (whole milk).
