The Evolution of The Bailey Clinic Diabetes Program. After treating numerous life-threatening Diabetes complications in the ER and ICU, Dr. Bailey began to focus on preventing these complications. Unfortunately his efforts to develop a comprehensive diabetes management program at the Red Deer Hospital in 1980 was cancelled due to Federal and Alberta budget cuts. Friday, January 28, 2011. Carson turned one month old on January 20th. Wow, the time has sure flown! Weight: 8 pound 15 ounces (5 days later he weighted in at 9 pounds 9 ounces! He enjoys sleeping but is starting to be awake for longer periods at a time. He currently is on an sleep, eat, play schedule. During the day we follow this routine about every 3-4 hours.
